We ship worldwide from Copenhagen, Denmark. All works are packed using archival materials and handled with full insurance.

• EU & EEA: Orders normally ship within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. Transit time is typically 2–10 days depending on destination.
  
• Outside the EU: Delivery times vary by region. Customs duties, import VAT, and local taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility. We provide full customs documentation to ensure smooth clearance.
  
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Selected works may qualify for complimentary shipping.
  
• Each shipment includes tracking and requires a signature upon delivery.

In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), buyers within the EU have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.

• To start a return, contact us at hello@oriogi.com before returning the item.
  
• Returned works must be in the same condition as delivered, including original packaging and Certificate of Authenticity.
  
• The buyer is responsible for safe return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  
• Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receipt and inspection.
